Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to Ezidcode Pay (accessible via ezidcode.com / pay.ezidcode.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our payment gateway infrastructure. By integrating our API, plugins, or modules, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Nature of Services

Ezidcode Pay is a global B2B infrastructure software provider developed by Davidson Iglesias Rumondor. We offer technical gateway routing and API integration services allowing digital businesses and merchants to securely process multi-currency payments, including fiat instruments (via partner networks like Volet) and cryptocurrencies (via white-label routing networks).

2. Merchant Responsibilities and Accounts

To utilize our infrastructure, merchants must complete registration and provide valid corporate or individual identifier data. You are solely responsible for keeping your API Public Keys and Secret Credentials secure. Any activity occurring under your operational API tokens is deemed your authorized execution.

3. Prohibited Activities and Businesses

Merchants explicitly guarantee that their platforms do not participate in, facilitate, or offer services related to illegal activities. Prohibited businesses include, but are not limited to:

Ezidcode Pay reserves the right to immediately suspend API access and terminate gateway endpoints for any merchant violating these compliance parameters.

4. Transaction Processing, Fees, and Margins

All processing fees, administrative transaction costs, and conversion margins are clearly declared dynamically through the API endpoint or configured from the administrator control parameters. By submitting a checkout transaction request to create-invoice.php, the merchant accepts the associated pricing algorithm active for that specific payment route.

5. System Availability and Liabilities

While Ezidcode Pay maintains optimal service runtimes using modern cloud load distribution, the software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for downstream commercial losses, third-party ledger downtimes, or operational network delays occurring on independent banking networks or clearing systems such as Volet.

6. Governing Law

These terms and structural gateway agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
